Age will definitely kick us in the ass. That's why I have decided that when I get "old" I am gonna do a massive line of coke and go out like a champ.

I'm with you bro if I hit 75 i'll start doing any drug i want and 2 g's of aas a week because i definelty don't wanna make it past 85 it would be way to depressing to be that old.

I'm sure that our view of it sounds juvenile and immature to some. I just know that when my quality of life is gone and someone is having to take care of me I won't want to be here anymore. As long as I have my independance and a certain relative quality of life I'm good with. As soon as someone is feeding me I'm out.

Why do you even care? Just let him have his moment and move on with your workout.

You shouldn't let insignificant people bother you so easily. Maybe you have a confidence problem?...

Anyway good luck in the future.

You can be in great shape and enjoy the gym at any age. Especially if you’re working out now.

These guys that join when they are 65 after retirement, just take up space should have there own gym, for farts that don’t want to do anything but be in the way of the rest us, and talk to all the other old farts.

Bros, if I had a dime for every one that tells me that they don't squat anymore or do deadlifts anymore because of their knees or back I would be a millionaire. Everybody has a fucking excuse why they don't hit it hard. These are the guys in the gym that are there everyday and NEVER LOOK ANY DIFFERENT EVER.

As I left after doing my incline presses, I could hear him tell the guy he trains with, "Yeah I used to do inclines with the 180's for 15-20" Only there never were 180lb db's at the gym....... :)

The "180" refers to the angle he did them at, not the weight. If he spins an incline angle 180 degrees, it becomes a decline and gravity helps pull the weight in the direction he pushes. He was throwing weights at the floor 15-20 times, not working his upper pecs.
