You just gotta decide man.
I mean, are you gonna trust her or not? If you trust her and she screws you (so to speak
) then well, it was your decision so...you accept that you took a risk. It couldda paid off; it didn't; so be it.
If you tell her to take a hike then maybe you saved yourself a lot of grief or maybe you just told the woman who could make you very happy for a lifetime "piss off". But either way, you made the choice; you take the consequences.
If you try trusting her then at least you know. The other route - you will never know.
So i guess it depends how much of a curious f- <ahem>

You wouldn't be going thru this if you weren't the 'need to know' kinda guy so i'd take that into consideration before you tell her to PO and then subject yourself to agonies of loneliness and wondering until the next ravishing beauty shows up...
One more thing - how would you like it if there was something in your past that make other people you cared about conclude you are now totally untrustworthy no matter what you say or do from this day forward...how would that feel???

Seriously...you gotta do what you decide to do. But hey, why do anything, for now??? What's the rush? Why don't you give her a bit more time, get to know her a bit better? Surely it's what she's like to you that is most important even though i understand why you would find her past...disconcerting. But hey, so does she...why would she cry??? She wouldn't have cried had she not been afraid you'd tell her to PO if she told you the truth. Hey even that - that she's told you the truth - it's worth a heck of a lot man, to have a woman that honest. Believe me.
