Dude, bottom line no one using drugs should be posting on a board asking what muscles upright rows use. With no book knowledge even working out casually for 6 months should enable you to point to the areas where you'd feel it. That's like Jeffrey Dalhmer looking at a guy wearing linen 2 days after Labor Day and calling him a psycho.
 
i see guys in my gym who've been working out for years do kickbacks (a dumb idea to begin with anyway) standing straight and upper arms parallel to their torso. one would imagine they'd have figured out on their own that what they are doing is a hammer curl (more so since the guys doing it are from the curling crew) ;)

Or we could just start a new one with best exercise to peak the biceps or develop the inner chest muscle.

No I meant to really target it and isolate it with the mind-muscle connection. Sometimes I put on the song from Silence of the Lambs and flex my inner pecs in the mirror while dancing and talking to myself working on the mind and muscle connection...."Goodbye Horses...." This is only on medial delt day of course. Everyone is different, find out what works for you.

Speaking of 'Silence of The Lambs" and biceps peak.....in order to really take advantage of the mind-muscle connection, you have to tuck your genitals between your thighs in front of a mirror, just like the killer in the movie.

BTW.....any idiot knows upright rows target the 3rd head of the quadricep, geeze.

Used to be, if you asked for a killer bi routine that would make you cry, good bros would hook you up. Now it's just talk about load, volume, and taping your genitals to your thigh.

NO, you can't....it is overtraining....what you can do is a Neck (heavy emphasis) and bis (light emphasis), then a few days later do bis (heavy emphasis) and neck (light emphasis).

8 reps? What are you, some fat powerlifter? Also, everybody knows you can't go to failure only once if you want a pair of howitzers - you need to finish 'em off with DROP SETS!

Not necessarily true, bro.....look at TUT (the true key to massive gainzz by the way).....if you do those 8 reps slow enough that it takes you 2 minutes and 30 seconds to do the set, you'll maximize TUT and thus get cannonball bisepts.

I know a guy who did this xact program for 2 weeks and his arms went from like 14.5' to 18 inches COLD! He was using DBlade at the time too though, the only sublingual prohormone available.

I heard they are coming out with suppositories now.....the anal absorbtion rate is teh best and will yield INSTANT gains. My boy, J-Dawg just shoved one up his ass and he is hoping to be repping with 185 on flatzz in a year, that shit is tight.

Hi, 18 years old, I'm 6' and 170lbs. I've been training for 4 years although only really seriously the last 1.5. I've been plateaued for 1 year straight now. Diet and routine are perfect. I'm looking to get to 185 and am considering this for a first cycle:

Test E 1000mg weeks 1-12
Dbol 40mg/day weeks 1-4
Tren 500mg weeks 5-12
Winny 50mg/day weeks 8-12

My goal is to gain muscle and lose fat and be 185 and ripped. I don't care about strength. Actually I'd rather lift less so not have to work very hard. In addition, my medial delt appears underdeveloped compared to the ratio of the cross section of my trap divided by the length of my collarbone. Should I do spot injections? I overheard a big guy at the gym (maybe 178 but jacked) that does curls all the time say he heard you can't drink winny. Is this true?

Also obviously I don't have a legit source so, you know, be a bro, oh wait...my PM box is full. Shit, this guy says he's the best source in the world. And look at this - if I send some money to this displaced African dictator, he promises to give me a piece of his kingdom when he's returned to power. Cool. I hit the Shizznit.

Oh yeah, and supps, for the last year I've been spending $500 a month on exotic sure fire things that this guy from GNC assures me will do the trick. I don't know why they haven't kicked in yet though. I'm even using Muscletech.
