The Splits

I can do left leg in front, but not as low as I used to go when I was in H.S. I never could do center splits.

Spatts - what are QLs?
 
I can do them in all directions, crotch to the floor. it took me 3 months to learn these, streching for 10 minutes 3 times a day.
 
i used to could, might could again if i stretched for about 2 weeks, not really sure. right leg in front only, could never do left leg, or straddle splits.
 
at the last bodybuilding contest i was in, i did the splits to the side to end my routine.

the news was there and video'd it, they put me on the news, then they showed it again and put the head of one of the newscasters on my body........... funny he's like 60.....

In high school I ran cross country and stretched a ton every day for 3 years and still never got very flexible. So I'd say YYMV - don't get too disppointed if you can't do a split in a couple of months.
 
I can do full center splits, and can come close to sides. Stretch later in the day, preferably after you lift. Everyday. Noticable progress comes fast. Don't stop stretching.
