Shit, I can't find my lifting gloves. Good luck charms and nothing more, but still I've been using them for so long it feels weird. You know, like a left handed man might feel choking it with his right.

Anyone else have a good luck charm they use or wear while lifting?

I've had these gloves for over ten years. They smell nasty and feel worse, but for some reason I can't prep for lifting mentally without them. I'm struggling to do legs tonight. Damn it!

I won't train anything other than legs without gloves. fuck blisters and ripping the shit outta my hands. Even with gloves I still rip em doing DL's.

i cannot and will not lift without my ipod....gloves are used for triceps only...
