this may have been posted, and I missed it, but what set the cops after you? If you'd prefer not to answer that, I understand completely...

i had it edited out by Velvett, but it seems inconsequential now...

i was drugged and raped for 5 days by our "best friend"
dread lord was drugged too. poor guy had the shit beat out of him trying to protect me though

anyway, this guy is or was fairly important to the drug world, tons of connections, although we were trying to set him straight. dread lord paid ALOT of money to get this guy some anti depressants and ADD medication and i got him into a local community college with full financial aid so he could have a new start at life. he is 24 and lives at home. but dread lord knew him since high school and everything was good, but apparently the guy snapped. he failed college. couldnt get any girls, we speculate he was just insanely jealous of what we have.. and this is the result

so he committed the horrible act
but before we could even make our police reports in the ER it seemed like something was up. granted, this is "speculation" but we are pretty damn sure we are right.
apparently he gave the police a really damn good story about us being big time drug movers and probably even took a polygraph which certain answers could have been true, enough for them to put alot of resoures into surveling us...
but they have serached our apartment i'm sure, several times now, found nothing, wasting their time, now they are (the police) living in our apartment complex so its even easier for them to watch (but we watch them too)
so whatever grand story the master manipulator (he was, obviously we thought he was our friend and he really hurt us) was trying to cover his ass with is slowly falling apart
my rape investigation got toally fucked up the detective was a complete dick and didnt take ANY of the massive amounts of drug, DNA, and other evidence around our apartment that he shuld have taken... he even threatened dread lord with "aggravated burglary" and grilled him about drugs (plead the 5th) nothing even related to my rape, which dread lord was witnes to in a drugged state.



it is so depressing.. there is more to it, but i just dont feel like adding much more at the moment

I am so, so sorry. As I said, I wish there was something I could do to help.

Have you tried talking to any legal aid? Are there any lawyers around you that can help at all? Maybe low-cost, or someone that could donate some time to help you out?

its been almost 2 weeks and my detective hasnt said a word to me...
we are trying to let this unfold a bit more before we take any more actions

i get free counceling at the womens center today, about rape, etc, so i am going to tell them whats up and see what they think about it

in other words, we know the police REALLY fucked up on this one. for certain, my case was completely mishandled. so there will be some lawsuits to follow and the police should know that by now, as i am sure they are reaizing their mistake at this point... but like i said, we still have to lay low, very low, ... we are just letting some time pass before we are going to make any movs.

I would (and this may be hard to do) but talk to your news team. Let the cops know you plan on taking your story to the press. That will make them move a little faster.

like i said though, we kinda need to wait a bit and see what else happens before we do that

they should be beginning to know their BIG mistake,
i am waiting to be contacted by my detective
they better have a very nice offer for us or some balls will be busted and many will lose their jobs, at the very least

i dont exactly want publicity for this, but it will happen when the time is right

all our hard drives have beeen formatted already anyway
we have a router firewall thing in our apartment and on our pc's
so they are having a bitch of a time getting on ours
they punished us for 2 days by closing the gateway though becauuse we parked all our cars in front of their apartment where they always park (lol)
we are just fuckin with them now
