I don't know TXCollegeGuy: The son is very young, he would have likely already cracked and told someone at school. Youngsters can never keep their mouths shut.

I think its very possible that a pedophile, who had seen her at pagents, did it.

No. Burke was 9 years old at the time. Jon Benet had been raped and DNA material was found in/on her. How could a 9-year-old boy do that? Besides, I'm sure the DNA was tested and he was ruled out.
