QUESTION: WHAT EXTRA MEASURE WOULD YOU TAKE TO AVOID DETECTION?

For example, RyanH said a body suit.


I would probably commit the crime in a rented car (rented under an alias) somehow. Clean the car afterwards (remember "Pulp Fiction"?) and return it to an out-of-state drop off point.

I'd also prepare an air-tight alibi well in advance, e.g. pay someone who looked like me to use my passport to fly to Europe.

No May, the drop off yourself rental car idea wouldn't work since there would then be a person who saw you.

Also, paying someone would probably not work, since there is always the chance that person could later talk...

By that reasoning, it's entirely possible that the dealer and the distributor sent the product as promised but the "trusted" mail drop person opened the package, removed the product, and repackaged the rest of the bounty.

But, I prefer to believe that people, as a whole, are honest. I think it was just a mistake and I'm sure it'll be corrected.
