The Perfect Amount of Test

What is everyones opinion on what the most efficient amount of testosterone that one can use in a 8 week cycle to minimize side-effects and maximize strength.

Depends on your goals and expectations. I get satisfied with only 300mg a week of test alone with only ance/oily skin. I still use an AI just in case. That seems to be my sides vs. gains ratio but everyone is different.
 
I would say run 500 mg test a week, to me that is perfect, you can run anything along with it as well, 400 mg deca or maybe some tren
 
Is this your 1st cycle? My perfect amount is 500mg a week if you are using a long acting esters I would do it for at least 10 weeks.
 
I say 500mg ew for test but you should run it for at least 10 wks. Also, have an aromatase inhibitor on hand for obvious sides. Eat your ass off and happy gaining.

First cycle? 500mg to 1000mg per week of testosterone enanthate for 8 weeks. Aromisan 20mg/ed or AIFM 3 pumps per day for aromatase inhibitor. GOOOOD CYCLE! :evil:
 
run test e 10-12 weeks at 500 and u will get nice gains instead of adding anymore test then that add another compound if u want more results
 
everyone always says 500mgs, but everyone is different and I don't think everyone thinks about that, they just listen to a vet scream at them "500!" but I think everyone should start off small and work their way up. I know for a fact if I run 500mgs a week, i'll bloat like a mofo, even when running a-dex/nolva and doing insane cardio..for me, 200mgs is plenty and I grow 10-15 pounds during that time..
 
When I say 500 - 1000 I meant for me, not a first timer. Newbies should always start low and find out how they react. That's true for everything, not just testt.

Agreed. That's like asking what's the perfect amount of eggs to eat a week. There are so many factors and everyone is different.

Personally, I think test should be used as a kicker or a filler -- in other words, the bulk of the cycle should come from another compound that produces what you're looking to acheive. Then the test simply adds to it.

How much is up to you but as sparetire says, even 200mgs can make a difference. Others can get away with 1000mgs.
 
for a first cycle I would say 250mgs of testosterone enanthate,cypionate,or sustanon per week and see how well you respond to that first.there's no need for overkill on a first cycle.many people make terrific gains on only 250mgs on a first cycle because their bodies respond so well.your side effects will be kept to a minimum by doing this,also.

if you've ran more than one cycle you should be able to gauge what you can expect in general,second cycle I would recommend 500mgs of testosterone a week and adding another compound like equipoise @600mgs(that is if you don't have high blood pressure issues) a week both ran for 14 weeks minimum.

I'm sorry but you guys are fucking idiots for reccomending 1gram of test for a guys first cycle that is just fucking over kill.
 
I know the perfect amount of test to take per cycle...its just like the perfect amount of money to make in a year....no matter how much of either...the answer is always...just a little bit more.
 
just a thought... I ran a number of cycles with test in the range of 500-800mg/wk.... mostly de-ca & test or tren and test.... then I did a simple test-only cycle of 500mg/wk for 8 weeks and I grew nicely from it.... diet and training were key... moral of the story is that more isn't better!

Id have to agree with that. The biggest difference I saw between 250mg and 500mg was sides... although including increased good sides like aggression, confidence, elated mood, etc.. Bad ones include oily skin, bacne, hair, little bloat.
