well i started getting sick before last saturday's me lower body day. then it went down hill from there untill i went to the doctor and missed 2 days of work. but im feeling better, i got to the gym and only had time to do max effort upper body....and i only got to do my 1 rep max exercise, and my 2 rep max exercise.
Floor press (w/mini band double choked) - 275 x 1 PR! 315 x 0. 295 x 0. - got it within 4 inches of lockout. which im sure i would have gotten had not been for trying the 315. oh well, last 9 week cycle my max pr was 295 with just bar weight on floor press. now im almost doing that with the mini bands double choked dow.
ok................................. on the next exercise its obvious i had the band tension helping out wwwwwaaaaayyyyyyy toooooo much. my FLAT bench press pr is 315 from 3 weeks ago.
Incline 3 board press with aver. rev band - 365 x 3. 405 x 0. you see what i mean. next time i will refigure a way to make the band tension less. i did strain, but i just have no clue how much i was really lifting.
