there is an ex NFL player at one of the gyms where i train and he has a group of young men he trains on a regular basis.

he and his trainees always give me a hard time about the little weights that i lift. now i am by far the biggest \ leanest guy

at any gym i train and it's kind of funny to see me curling 20's and benching with 50 and 60's lol.

my NFL friend challenged me to work out with his crew. i beat out him and his star pupil ( 6'8 280 lb monster )

i exceeded all of their weights and i used stricter form!!!! i invited a couple of the guys to train with me.......

lol you should have seen these guys............ they were cooked half way through the routine!!!

Omega brings it all together, he knows the diet, training and supplementation aspects and brings them all together in harmony. Definitely helpful for a a beginner to know what it REALLY means to train and even season trainers can learn from it, fixing small mistakes and taking new approaches. I back him 100%.

Damn I wish I had that kind of money to invest in this. I guess I'll have to wait until I can work over the summer to save up some cash (I'm in college right now).

After reading a lot of his posts, and trying his incredible supps, I was already sure I'd love his program. But after all the reviews, I REALLY want to try it.

After reading a lot of his posts, and trying his incredible supps, I was already sure I'd love his program. But after all the reviews, I REALLY want to try it.


Omega's program is really good at teaching you how to properly activate and isolate each muscle group, and has exposed the ineffectiveness of many aspects of my former training. Beware however its quite different to most training protocols you see on the board.

To start with, as you adapt to training methods, you do at times wonder "whether am I'm up to this". But after 2 weeks I no longer had any doubts.

I've been really happy with my 6 weeks on it, and to be honest, only last 2 weeks have I been totally anal about diet, alcohol (although I have been anal re: training the entire time). Depsite this, it is quite clear I have added LBM and lost bodyfat during the period.

Another plus of his program is the diet is very simple to follow, and as far as I'm aware, I'm allowed to drink milk lol
