not only have we all seen great results in a short amount of time, but it's easy to do! Easy diet and the training is easy. It painful! but it's an easy schedule. All parts of my body are developing. My legs are looking great. I am down to about 230 and I started at 246. I was up and down in weight meaning I have gained some lbm.
You do learn a ton and our technique is so much better and much less of a chance from getting injured. We have about 1 more month to go and our second phase starts this weekend! Supercharging time!

I am not on cycle but Omega does give cycle help if you are on. I can't wait to try this when I am on a cycle, maybe next May
