2. Hogan never put guys over late during his WCW run unless it was a meaningless job. He held that belt way, way too long.
3. El Dandy rules. Does anyone remember the interview with Bret Hart in WCW when he was ducking challengers and Mean Gene asked him who he thought his #1 contender should be and he said El Dandy. During that run, I though Hart was one of the best cowardly heels of all time.
4. The original master of the figure four is Austin Idol.

4) How correct you are. Austin Idol is one of my all time favorites. When he wrestled in Mid-Southern Championship Wrestling, he was the man. Fighting against the first family. Great moments in Wrestling.

Hold then down? how? hogan and mcmahon MADE wrestling what it is today, and beyond what u see in the ring...hogan had FULL CREATIVE control over his matches, when he won and when he lost...he also played a big role on all the story lines and his input as well as vince's is what made the WWF and the WCW for that matter....hogan without a shadow of a doubt MADE WCW...when he arrived in what was it 1994? 1995? he made the wcw go from white trash with 2500 people in the audience, to BEATING the WWF OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

How many of you hated Hogan when he wore the red and yellow? How many hated him back when his character was larger than life? The All-American hero? Are you saying that you all hated him then?

Odd... how he could sell that many tickets... yet no one today seems to admit they loved him at one point.

I know now what I must do. There are many on here that need my help. You have all been blinded by the POPULARITY that is hating the Hogan.

You have forgotten the Hogan. You have been blinded by internet sites, and the WWF. They lashed out at Hogan when he was absolutely destroying them in the ratings week after week after week.

I was watching Georgia, Mid Atlantic and Florida Championship Wrestling long before anyone ever heard of WCW. While most of you guys were still in diapers.

Some trivia: The Original Four Horsemen gimmick was created in Florida Championship Wrestling, home of Maniac Mark Lewin and moved on to Georgia after that.

Maniac Mark Lewin and Kevin Sullivan were plain nasty in the 80's.
