Will Hulk Homo help improve the ratings of the WWF?

Well it is my belief that Hogan will ruin the WWF. He will hold all the great talent like RVD, Edge, and other young guys down.
Sorry Big Brother Val, but it's time you realize Hogan is old enough to be our Grandfather and needs to finally give it up. Hogan may have been the man at ONE time, but please , give me a break. Hogan can never be the man that he tries to be. IMPOSSIBLE!

But think about these things, won't you?

1- You call yourself "Hellbent"... and you also deny the Hogan.

Coincidence? I think not.

2- You say "at one time" Hogan was the man. Well... when did that change? When he conquered the federation he built... the WWF... when he went to WCW, and AGAIN nearly ran the WWF out of business?

3- How could Hogan run WWF into the ground? He'll have little creative control... this will be his last run in wrestling. If he can sell 93,000+ tickets for an event before wrestling was considered "cool"... what wrestler of today can match that?

4- Do you deep down have some major Hogan envy? Maybe because your favorite wrestler of today can't match up to the Hogan? Will never be as popular as Hogan?

Ask people who don't watch wrestling at all if they know who Hogan is... EVERYONE does.

Then ask someone who doesn't watch wrestling who Austin, or Jericho, or RVD, or HHH is. See how they respond.

You're in denial, Hellbent. You've hit bottom. You can only go up from here.

There's a stairway of light you can travel if you choose. Open up your eyes, your heart, and your mind... accept the Hogan... you may climb the stairway out of your personal hell... and join the rest of the world in the eternal peace that is knows as THE HOGAN.

Not putting over? How quickly you forget. Hogan put over Sting, Piper, Flair, and Goldberg during his days of top heel.

Hogan and his nWo DESTROYED the WWF in ratings.

It wasn't Hogan refusing to job... it was the backstage bullshit that destroyed the company.

When Hogan lost the title clean to Goldberg, they drew more people in a NON PPV event than any other in wrestling history... yet another attendance record for the Hogan.

You all forget what the man has done. It is POPULAR to dislike him now. Just like it is to not believe in God.

To me, it's one in the same.

You're almost right on... the deal is, though... I was talking to Hogan (God) at the time. As you obviously agree, Hogan is God.

Now, what he was doing, is trying to put over the stars of today... reason being that they need all the help they can get from the Hogan.

Sure, Ric Flair is a great wrestling personality.

But Moses was a big man in his day, right? Just like Flair.

Sure... he was important... but was he God?

No.

And God has doubters... all of which go to hell.

I remember than Nitro. That's when Flair was going to quit. He was in the back saying: "Hogan... I'm just not you.... Whoooo!.... I just can't be the true icon of professional wrestling.... Whooo!.... and I may be the man, but I'm sure not God... I just can't go out there again, not being the Hogan. Whooo!"

And the Hogan said: "You are not the Hogan... but you wrestle in his image. When there were thousands of fans cheering for you in the arena, that wasn't when you wrestled alone... it's when I carried you."

What a great night that was.

Hold then down? how? hogan and mcmahon MADE wrestling what it is today, and beyond what u see in the ring...hogan had FULL CREATIVE control over his matches, when he won and when he lost...he also played a big role on all the story lines and his input as well as vince's is what made the WWF and the WCW for that matter....hogan without a shadow of a doubt MADE WCW...when he arrived in what was it 1994? 1995? he made the wcw go from white trash with 2500 people in the audience, to BEATING the WWF OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Hogan reminds me Arnold. Both were great in there day, but neither one knows when to bow out. Why tarnish your image and reputation by trying to squeeze in a couple of years in the ring or make a couple more bad movies. Hogan could have retired a legend, instead he is going to be remembered as a broken down old man that didn't know when to say when.

4) How correct you are. Austin Idol is one of my all time favorites. When he wrestled in Mid-Southern Championship Wrestling, he was the man. Fighting against the first family. Great moments in Wrestling.

How many of you hated Hogan when he wore the red and yellow? How many hated him back when his character was larger than life? The All-American hero? Are you saying that you all hated him then?

Odd... how he could sell that many tickets... yet no one today seems to admit they loved him at one point.

I know now what I must do. There are many on here that need my help. You have all been blinded by the POPULARITY that is hating the Hogan.

But hey... everyone in Star Wars thought "The Force" was just some old ancient religion, right? Until Vader was choking the shit out of them by merely lifting a finger.

You have forgotten the Hogan. You have been blinded by internet sites, and the WWF. They lashed out at Hogan when he was absolutely destroying them in the ratings week after week after week.

You have all strayed from the path... but I as your shepherd will not give up on you. I am here for you all in your time of need. The Hogan has taught me to be patient, and help others who are lost, confused, or just plain flat out stupid.

do a search on the internet. Dandy was a luchador in the WCW. Physically he wasn't impressive, but I know Hogan was pretty damn scared of the dreaded Dandy Plex. Ok there was no such thing as a dandy plex.

ok, I'll admit it. I hated hogan. At first after he beat the Sheik, I liked him. But I got sick of the same old bullshit. He'd lose the entire match, then all of a sudden his eyes would get big and he's start breathing real hard and then BANG! Hulkamania would run wild. And when he'd lose, it was always bullshit. How about the one time he lost because of the twin Earl Hebners!!!! WTF? What was even more funny is that there was money falling out of the evil Hebners pocket, that's how we were to know that he was paid off!!! What a bunch of horse shit!!!!

I hate hogan, as a matter of fact I kinda liked him more with the NWO, even tho I thought he sucked in the ring.

Hey how come none of the announcers call it the "squared circle" anymore. That was a Gorilla Monsoon quote. I miss that guy.
