Ive really got to take my eating as seriously as i take my weights.
Im vowing from now on to step my eating up to the next level
this means 400 g's of protien a day. No exceptions
One meal in the middle of the night, and at least 8 meals a day. EVERYDAY
Im up from 170, and im at 207 now. Which im very happy with, but i want to see the same progress i saw when i started lifting . To me this is the next gear, and next logical step. I want to be 220lbs with a wicked strength to bodyweight ratio, by the time im 21 and this is going to be the only way i can get there.
