i think we all have to settle down and switch off our myostatin genes,,,,,,,because lord knows the myostatin receptor is the only thing from keeping H.S. kids from getting huge:D
 
Anyone old enough to remember "glandulars?" The dehydrated compressed pituitary, adrenals, and testes of bulls? That was my first supplement. I think it was back in 81'

Next was Joe Weiders "body grow." A combination of electrolytes, vitamins, and yes more glandulars!

12 years later i got back into lifting and with dibincoencide (sold along side with boron and smilax) was going to send me to the nationals.

Then 5 years later I'm on the EAS bandwagon, to keep a long story short.

Worst of all was taking prohormones with no results only to change to different diols, diones, and "delivery enhances" because I believed the marketing scheme. First time was on them. Second time is on me. Yes, I'm a certified idiot!

Hmmm... Creatine? Whey Protein? I think maybe the people 10 years from now will be talking about The Beast, , HGH homeopathic pellets, ZMA, Chrysin, etc. I DO agree w/ NO2, Vitex, 1AD, Myostatin, and Guggulsterones, I think the others offer benefit though, and I don't see why people would laugh at them. That would be like us looking back and making fun of Met-Rx, or something else that helps.
 
see me i was in the days of eas creatine when it first came out and i took it all as it came from eas labs and i ate like crazy and lifted and got big and strong but fat too. not too fat but was full of water. i think i played it well and ate those hard times and now im in prime position for roids and just blowing up and staying lean but to answer yes i laugh ta the money i spent on a lot of that stuff but i think most of it was worth it i never left it up to my suppllimnets to make me big it was gym time to me all that shit was for recovery
