The most important resistance exercise for baseball pitchers

As a two time World Record Holder and two time Olympic javelin thrower I have found this to be the best single upper body resistance exerise. I am now 46 years old, been competing for 35 years, and never had any problems with my shoulder or elbow - nothing - no surgery - ever.

I have been clocked at 100mph throwing a baseball back in the mid 80's. Just a few months ago whilst throwing a golf ball as a demonstration it has beed estimated my release speed might have been as high as 112mph.!!!!!

I swim, do lot of stretchings and medicine balls exericses too for a well balanced workout program.

With better training I believe most injuries and surgeries are avoidable.
