Hi everyone,

First I wanted to say thanks I've picked up a lot from reading your posts. I am planning on doing my first cycle shortly and was planning an oral only cycle first because I do not have any knowledge of injections nor do I know anybody who can teach me how to inject. If there is a way to learn this online, some kind of tutorial please point me in that direction because I know most of you agree that oral cycles are no good.

That said I was planning on doing my first cycle of dbol and winny. Pyramiding them up and down averaging 30mg of dbol and 25mg of winny for 12 weeks. If you think this is ok or if something is wrong with this let me know. I was planning on at least 1 liver protectant if you want to offer advice here I'd like to hear it.

Also, what about PCT? One poster on here mentioned Nolva/Clomid after just such a cycle that I'm purposing. For a long time I was under the impression the main use of PCT was for cycles with test, but from what I understand any AAS should be followed by PCT, correct?

My background (so you guys know I'm not a 16 year old lacrosse player)

Age: 22
Goals: Simply to feel stronger, have no desire to reach competitive levels ever (But I idolize those of you who do) I'm a hard gainer, natural body weight around 160 pounds. I'm 177 right now. 5'11"
Lifting Experience: 2 years serious lifting, last 9 months haven't left the plan for a day.
Diet: Could be much better but I definitely eat enough, get all the vitamins, protein I need.
Lifting supplements: CEE

Ok 1 last thing so I don't have to ask in another thread. I used to take 1-TEST made by VPX before it was banned. If not taking steroids was a 0 and taking them is a 10 would something along those lines be a 2? or what?

2 17 AA orals in one cycle....is not a good idea at all..in fact you need to forget about that cycle....That being said I noticed you said you eat "enough" believe it or not we have come across alot of people that claim they eat alot...trust me...write everything down you eat, cals..carbs...protein...you will see that your not eating enough...here is a link on how to inject.

I agree Sword. I can't tell you how many clients I've had tell me that they are eating enough. Everytime when I have them count it out it comes out low. I have them eat more on a consistent basis and like magic they start gaining again.
 
If you just wanna feel stronger and don't wanna do injections, then I suggest ditching the d-bol and winny and just taking anavar 50-60mgs a day. Alot of people lose what they get off the d-bol, and winny by itself can make the joints a little testy. Also, taking both of those together is kinda hard on the liver. Even advanced users would usually take a break or bridge between two orals like that. The anavar will probably give you as much strength, it'll be easy on the liver, and you should keep most of what you get as long as you keep training and eating. Like some of the others said, your diet might not be as good as you think. I just made out a new diet that I feel like is pretty solid, but I'm gonna post it on the diet forum to get extra input. You might wanna head over there and post yours just to get some outside advice on some ways to improve it. Also, this being your first cycle means you have the most potential for results off one right now. Don't blow it. You might wanna take the time to learn to do injections and start off with a test cycle as your first instead of a light oral one. Just my opinion though. You won't be dissapointed with anavar.

letsrun thats funny that i came acroos your thread cause aqbout the same stats as you, only im 27 but im about 165pds 5'11 and also about to start my first cycle on monday the only diff is that i am starting with a deca test cycle, luckly i have means to get injected, but like the experts here say if im going to start i wanna get the best result from the beginning you know, but anyhow, i wanna wish you luck and hope that whichever cycle you decided on works for you, we should keep in touch to let everybody knows our progress....no?
 
Ok I think I will go to the injectables which is what I wanted to do all along because its been clear from reading on here its the preferred route. I'm not at all afraid of needle pain or anything but I read somewhere talking about injecting saying you gotta be sure you get it in the exact right place or you're gonna die (basically). I'm glad you guys are assuring me its no big deal.

I eat almost 5000 calories a day, which I know to some may sound like an exaggeration but it's not. I used to be a competitive runner and my metabolism is unreal, over time it should go down but for now my body is still burning like I was all those years running. I get free meat (girlfriend's dad is a butcher) which is a cool hookup, I go through about 2 pounds of ground meat per day.
 
Sword pretty much captured it. I don't like running 17aa for 12 weeks either... PCT - it's not just for test. ALL AAS can have a negative effect on your natural hormone levels; the extent will vary from person to person. As for the PH's you took - they have similar sides too AAS but the gains are minimal.
