You DO not have to keep logs Daily as specified, BUT!

You should at least access the KEY lifts, and nuances ONCE a week for your own records.

believe me even a Paragraph will unveil to you volumes of info when you look back.

So I would like at least 1-2 posts per week:)

Yes i don't update my log every day on here any more, but i have my notebook with every workout.

believe me even once a week make a HUGE difference

especially in the cutting phase where the little things matter do to calorie restriction

when you do logs like that it will be easier to repeat things and Replicate them

to be honest I am a Once a week kinda guy EXCEPT in cutting those 4-6 weeks are METICULOUS

Bro Im so ready to start cutting, I want to keep bulking but I've got these damn love handles that are taking forever to go away! I cannot wait for PHASE 3. I want to shed it ALL!
