Hello EF!!! I have not been posting here for like ever!!! I miss being here :)
Well, I have been very busy with everything in life... I have a goal for next year to compete in my first figure show . I have 2 trainers on my side with this journy. My fiance who is a national level bodybuilder, personal trainer and a very well known Trainer in the country who trains some pros.. don't wanna mention any names ;) Lucky me he lives 30 minutes away from us while others would fly across the US to train with him :)

I should be starting my diet, training and cardio routine sometimes this week.. I am not sure which show I will be competing in, I will keep you guys updated when the time comes :)

thanks guys!! yes!! I am soo excited!! i got my diet in the mail today! I got my new car! 350 Z .. I am sooo ready to start kickin ass tomorrow!!!
ugh!!! 2 cardio sessions a day for 45 minutes??? I'll suck it up :)
 
Gods ROT Cardio! I freakin' hate it! I'm doing 2 sessions per day as well (just to split it up)....but unless you're getting ready for a comp....why 2 sessions? This is YOUR plan or the plan your coach sent you? I'd be interested (as I'm sure TATYANA and BIKINI MOM would be 2) to see your DIET, your training plan, etc.

Just getting back into it and 2 sessions sounds like recipe for a burn-out to me.... just want to try and give "something" helpful....hope I can!
 
Awwww...I'm not a PLAT any more??? I need a plat sugar-daddy....or sugar mamma.....or I'm taking over HIS account!!! hehehe (mischievious grin)....

Yes I would like to see...

And why double cardio sessions to begin with? How will you progress - triple sessions five days per week in 6 weeks time? :confused:

Thats the plan my coach sent me .. I was wondering too!! why two 45 minutes cardio at a starter?? I will ask him questions when he gets back from his vacation next month.. I'll stick with what he gave me..
Yes, I am getting ready for a competition .. I have alot to lose and I am about six months out

Lemon Juice

4 oz. Lean Ground Beef
Green Beens
Mustard, Lemon Juice

Meal 4
5 oz. Salmon
Asparagus

Meal 5
7 Eggwhites
Green Beans
Ketchup

Meal 6
1 Scoop Whey
Green Beans
Lemon Juice

** Training & Cardio I will start my training and Cardio Monday morning
 
Food looks great. Are you using the lemon juice to drop water weight? When I need to drop a quick 3 or 4 lbs, all I have to do is drink lemon juice and warm water 3 times a day. Which I will need to do this week. I am above my weight class and have a meet Sat:(

Do you take any diretuics to lose water weight? like diyzides?

When I was in the 148lb weight class I used taraxatone but found that lemon juice and warm water works fine. I have a bottle of taraxatone if I need it. I will see what I weigh on Wed morning then make a decision. I am also dropping my carbs on Tues so that should help with the water weight. By dropping carbs, I mean under 100 grams. I still need my oatmeal, fruits and veggies. But I will have to skip the trick or treat candy :evil: .

I am doing a local bench meet in NH. I am definitely bringing candy to the meet. Once I weigh in on Friday night, I can eat whatever I want. :chomp:

May I ask why comp carbs are so low? Where is your fat?

BikiniMom. thank you for checking up on my diet :) I know I counted my calories and they were soooo low .. I don't know why he has me on such a low calorie diet tht is less than 1200 calories, I have to stick to this plan till I see him mid-november and ask him gazillion questions.. I love fitday.com :)

Damn, THAT LOW? How many weeks are you supposed to stick to this calorie and cardio regimine?

Do you have email contact with him?

Good luck with whatever you do. I am fully aware that many roads lead us to Rome but goodness gracious. Please let us know the thought processes behind the advice. The better YOU understand why you do what you do, the better YOUR PROGRESS will be in the long run! :)

I don't really think pharma diuretics are worth the risk when there are so many other ways you can lose water weight.

The history of competitive bodybuilding is littered with the dead bodies of BBers from taking pharma diuretics.

There is a reason the IFBB does test for this substance.

My only other concern is for how low your calories are in your diet.

Unless you are mega tiny, 1200 kcals/day could be below your basal metabolic rate, and it could end up slowing your progress for fat loss.

I would go a bit with your own intuition on this one, if you do start to feel super hungry, or not hungry at all, I would adjust your calories.

I have no clue.. the man mailed me the diet and he went on hunting vacation for 1 month.. I will ask him all the questions I can think of ..

Thanks for the input :) I have big faith and trust with this trainer.. he trains the pros .. I know what he is doing has a great outcome.. I agree that the cals are low , but I cant ask him any questions till Mid November
