The importance of the right trainer.....

so is the 12/15 sets plus all the extra only pre contest?

If so what do you do when your not in the pre contest stage, how many sets?

Im doing 16-20max no all heavy reps

that was offseason, it would be 13-15 sets of rows/pulldowns, pluss shrugs and rear delts. Similar number of sets precontest too, except no direct trap work and rear delts are with shoulders
 
just an update

on wed. I got my detailed plan, she sent it fedex.

Now training wise for my goals she really took time to really create an amazing 10 week program, food is also somethin ill be following what she suggest.

As far as cycels go I dont know yet but shes working on one for me.

My goals are different then many, im not into the all cut up shredded look, not really ab crazy either, just want to add good mass and have a a few cuts thats about it, one thing for sure its no cookie cutter bullshit she sends.

Will keep everyone posted on progress.

Interesting. I never did my rear delts with my back work outs. I have added traps though.

Ill give it a try!

Oh ya i did your ab routine today...I like I like!!

awesome, cant wait to see how you do on it, I havent seen anyone yet who hasnt made awesome gains with her stuff

LftHndPwrHouse, my rear delts and traps sucked, so I started doing them both with back and shoulders, and both really came up for me this year
Glad you like the ab routine, I've added a few little changes to my routine, and abs are looking sick, cant wait to see them at show time
 
I'm getting one of her programs next week. Lets see what she can do for a natty person. If I gain nothing then its just money.

I'm sure you will make gains, just not as much as someone on juice. The nice thing is you will learn, and the info is yours to keep afterwards
