Something I just have to share since my brother and I have been training, sprinting, plyo's, lol @ everything else forever.

He called me up last night from Peoria, Illinois where he plays for the Chiefs which is the Single A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.

He got called up to AA last night! Looks like the AA affialiate is making a playoff run and they need the speed.

I am fucking pumped. Another slavik noodle climbing the pro ranks.
