The guy that lives next to me is fucking with my car.....What should I do?

I am 19 years old and am living by myself in a apartment and some fuck that lives in the apartment next to me is around the same age and has parties every fucking night. I thought I would never say this but I am tired of hearing his music and all the fucking noise they make all night. I am a student and also work during the day and I need my sleep. 9:00 to 4:00 all I hear is this fucken music and people coming and going. I have never met him but he looks like a skinny crack head stoner wigger gang banger white trash peice of shit. Every fucking day for the last 2 months I go out to my car that is parked next to his is this writing that they wrote in the dust of the car and until tonight I was about to go over and fuck every one of those mother fuckers up. Their was some type of crayon writing all over my fucking car and their was some kind of metal jammed in the side window as if they were trying to break in the car. I never me t this fuck or his friends. I'm pretty sure it is his freinds doing it but why would they do it to me. they dont know me and i dont know them. i am alot bigger than these crackheads at 6'4 250. I dont look like someone that someone wants to harass. I dont want to go to jail but I was thinking about fucking up his car. What should I do?

yeah man talk to the landlord and build a case on his ass. Tell them if they don't take action you will move and tell all your friends to never rent there. They should warn him and threaten eviction. I had sorta the same problem here, but it was only music and loud noise, if i heard a peep after 10pm i would make it a point the next day to go to the Manager when I checked my mail and complain. Now I wasnt an asshole, an I know people party and shit, and it's cool on Fri and Sat, but Tuesday night at midnight and all I hear is some fuckin DMX or some crap and I can't sleep, that is uncalled for and downright rude. anyway they evicted his ass...no police involvement either - good luck
