I got to level 3, but now I am stuck..It says there is no clicking, and what turns on......I am not getting this one..But I read level 3 address bar like it says and it is weird..i dont know what to do with this one

It's kind of a math or programming thing. Something is either equal to A or B. If it's not equal to A, then one must conclude that this something = B, right?

shoot, I made it to level 12..The ruining 3rd world dementions one...i was stuck there for far too long...Lol, @ the name of it being attention whore...But yeah, I closed out the game and called it quits..Was a bit rough for me to get to where I got, never mind continue on
