I started eating clean today to get ready for summer, and in spite of feeling like hell from lowering my carbs, I DID NOT give in to the urge to 'hit the reset button' and cheat. I also stretched for 30min tonight, marking the 14th consecutive day I've done so. I'm 'dialed in' on achieving my goals...that's positive, right?
