The good news thread...

I just cooked 1.5 lbs of 90% sirloin seasoned with Grillmates Montreal Steak seasoning, added a can of red kidney beans and a box (4 servings) of Basmati/wild rice. Got my gallon of Crystal Light and bag o' salad ready to be topped with Olive oil. I am RET-TA-GO.

Today I did chest, back and delts. Tonight I choke the chicken and get ready for some brutal intervals on the bike tomorrow evening.
 
my dad gave me some money yesterday and I'm going to use it to take a trip! :)
Why is Orange Julius giving you money? You make crazy bank. I Paypal'ed to the scholarship so if I find out negroes aren't eligible you and me are gonna have throw down and tangle...preferably in a pool filled with jello.

try the garlic steak seasoning that comes in the pouch.....i bought it by mistake but it was soooooo good
 
I started eating clean today to get ready for summer, and in spite of feeling like hell from lowering my carbs, I DID NOT give in to the urge to 'hit the reset button' and cheat. I also stretched for 30min tonight, marking the 14th consecutive day I've done so. I'm 'dialed in' on achieving my goals...that's positive, right?
