Wall Street and Housing have the feds balls deep in their business. The only CEO's facing federal indictment for crimes are the former CEO's of Fannie and Freddie...the fed's surrogates promoting housing policy; Stop drinking the koolaid...

It was a deadly cocktail with many ingredients. Fed keeping rates artificially low (like now, and once rates return to normalized levels, housing prices will plummet), bill Clinton was primary driver in pushing banks to lend to low income areas, American consumers, and a host of others.
