"The fat just melted off with Var" BS!

I have certainly noticed on a recent cutter with var that it has helped me shed lbs off the waistline earlier as that is ALWAYS the last place to reduce for me. It's not magical by any means but it was a VERY significant shift in a fat loss pattern which I wasn't expecting to see.........

I agree 100%, from first hand experience :) In fact, if you do a search on var (if you have the capability ;) ), it is known for that.

you said "shed lbs"
so how many pounds are we talking about?
what was your weight and body fat% before and after the var?

The studies on men that lost fat when adding testosterone were not done on weight training men. They are done on sedentary men of advanced age. And the one about anavar was done on obese men with an average age of 56.
So maybe I should have said Steroids have no affect on your fat mass unless you're obese and don't train. Then they will help tremendously.

You have to work on it.
ASS+Low calories (very low fat)+high protein+working out: Fat loss.
Just like naturally.
Only difference would be that you will lose very little muscle. In fact, you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time (with AAS).

Hell yeah. that what im talking about. nothing like a little ASS and low calories for fat loss. i personally like to hit the ASS extra hard..

I have done several cycles on var only time I have ever seen the fat melt off me is now but it ain't the var doing it is the hour to two hours of cardio I do a day plus tight diet.

Honestly didn't take any BF measurements, never have, I'm mainly going on the mirror/tape measure/scales. On 4 weeks of Var alone I dropped about 2.25 inches off the waistline (unheard of for me in the first weeks of dieting, waist has ALWAYS been last to reduce at any pace on any cutter I've ever done & my diet was no different to previous cutters), abs becoming visible for the first time in a long time & only dropped 5lbs (233 to 228lbs) so lost a good amount of fat (if I was to guess about 3-4%?)& gained some muscle aswell (although maybe some of that was increased creatine storage).

I'm not a newbie, only on this particular board. I've been cycling for approx 8 years (training for 11) so I know my body & what works for it & in dieting conditions I've just found Var definitely does! People respond to different drugs in different ways & Var (if I can afford it) will be an integral part of any cutter I do in the future & I could care less if anyone agreed with me on the results coz I'm not trying to sell anything!

Oh & I did try Var once at the end of a bulk cycle btw & I really wasn't impressed with it but using the same tabs that I had left over from that cycle I've been pretty damn impressed at what it's done in dieting conditions when I wasn't expecting it at all! :)

Rant over :p

If you believe the hype you could win the Olympia on just Anavar and B-12 .
