I have a few things to say. First off I love the post. Good motivation. But I do have one quarrel with some MOD here. There was a similar post titled "The Iron...By Henry Rollins" that was move to the CHAT board. It was a very motivating and inspirational post. But someone deemed it to be condemned to the chat board to live among posts about smoking marijuana and how often people jerk off. Already the post have plummeted down to the second page within less than a day. Very sad in my opinion and should be left here where it will be more appreciated...

I've been a bit depressed after a layoff due to surgery (5 operations) on my elbow. Started back in the gym 2 nights ago and feel like a pussy ..............but I remain UNBROKEN.
