I will criticize not any man or woman who wishes to better themselves through a healthy lifestyle, regardless of weight, shape, ethnicity, or disability.

I like your post, but this part is 100% the way it should be. It really bothers me when I see big bloated muscle heads that look down on others that are not their size.

I take the attitude that anyone can better themselves, one day and one plate at a time.
