The Clen Shakes

I was taking Clen earlier in the semester, and was seeing some results with a good diet and my workout plan. But, it gave me the shakes to where I couldn't even take notes well during class. What is the reason behind this?

Is there a way to fix it? I gradually built up to 100mcg, I shake there, but when I tried 120mcg I shook a lot. It is a lot worse 30 minutes-6 hours after I take it then starts to die down a little.

I take Taurine and a multivitamin, and eat a banana every morning. I am 5'10" 210 19% body fat.

Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure that if you want to get rid of it you'll just have to ramp down to a more comfortable dose. I don't think the shakes are all that unnatural on clen, but if you cant bear them I think thats your only option. Unless anyone else on here knows of any miracle cures?

That's the problem with clen, you will appear very nervous in front of people. At 100mcg/day, it is tough falling asleep at night, from what I remember.

clen in dosages of 160mcg or 100mcg when on Keto will give me some shakes.. i handle stimulants well though.. my body is already used to ADD medicine.. which i stop using during clen just in case.. but having the clen shakes when doing a cycle sucks.. injecting with a needle when your hand is so shaky is NOT easy.. oh well.. i found that higher potassium levels.. and lots of water helped.. never tried taurine.. although the creatine i take has taurine in it so i'm getting about an extra 1g per day.. but i've got the supplemental potassium and take a few 99mg tablets each day spread out.. seems to help..

the taurine helps, and a banana keeps me from getting headaches.

never had trouble going to sleep. Man, after a whole day of twitching like that, my body was freakin tired. I slept better than ever.

still looking for some miracle cure though...

drop the dose. the reason youre shaking is supposedly (arguably) adrenalin mediated. the only other way to get around it at a higher dose is probably with a muscle relaxant of some sort...but they usually have sides, and will affect your workouts

cheers

does clen eat away muscle? I hear it does but some say it is anti-catabolic. What is the truth? I know t3 breaks down muscle but what about clen??? thanks for any help

i havent lost any muscle. I have plenty from my football days. I am just trying to loose the rest of my lineman fat. clen does little but help trim fat, therefore, your muscles will look smaller yet more defined.

Eh BabyDGtwn.......

So long as you are taking in your supplemental potassium and taurine, you'll be aight w/ the Clenbuterol. There's nothing you can do to combat the shakes, consider it the price for the pleasure.

I find that I can function on 120MCG Clen, though my hands shake and there's really nothing I can do about it.
