The most recent tally on my deadlift is it is up 40 lbs!
The way the gains came, though, was kind of freaky. First I went up 20 lbs to my all time PR... then the very next week I repped that weight 6 times. Then a couple weeks later I went up another 10 lbs... then immediately either that week or the next repped it about 5 times... then about 2 weeks later another sudden jump up of 10 lbs... with my very next set repping the weight for 4 reps.
I don't have a clue by what mechanism of action carao works. We know it raises hemoglobin by 130%... and someone suggested it may work like blood doping. That's a theory I half believe because I have noticed I am not at all winded running my normal running distance. I can run it and not even feel at all tired now. But I think there is something more at work with carao... maybe something in how it affects ATP.
Several guys here are on it now... so we should get some interesting feedback soon.
