I think that the medley was just THAT HARD!!!! Especially for a 173 pound guy. Try doing ANYTHING that intense for 1 minute and 14.35 seconds and see if you don't feel like 100 yards of chewed up bubble gum...

No need to set up the fund everyone...like I said before. If you take care of your competitors they will take care of you next time.

yes it was but none the less...i still hit a pr in that event so i was happy. and i'm sure it doesnt matter if you say you dont need a fund set up b/c i'm sure everyone is gonna do it anyways. you deserve it man. you put alot of hard work, time, and money into this. you should at least break even.

I just wanted to say my thank yous to everyone here on the board that I got to meet this past weekend. Everyone has had so many nice things to say about me and I feel like it's my turn to return the kind words.

First of all I want to say thank you to Clint and his family...if not for them I would have never got to meet such a great group of people, or had such a great experience!

Kingc...my personal favorite! He really pourd his heart into this competition and gave it his all I couldn't be more proud of him!

Trinity and Exodus... What a great couple! Always there cheering each other on and helping each other out. Trinity was there to cheer for me right after she got done no matter how tired she was.

Neffi...WOW what else can I say! She's hardcore, just made everything look so easy and it seemd so hard to me

Joker...too cool of a guy, and nice as can be! He literally workd his fingers to the bone!

Spats...SOOO cool! She has the best personality,and is so easy to talk to!

Hammer, T3C, and Suston...How many people do you know that would drive all the way from NY to compete. Talk about determination!

NWinters-Seemd so quiet but he was a super nice guy and after a long day of competing he had to drive home, glad it was him and not me

Iron Lion- I talkd to this guy a few time before I even knew who he was. We kept asking if he was there and didn't even realize who he was till the stones. Tell your girl friend hi for me, and that it was real good to meet her.

Jasonaa and Brian- Just let me say that I'm proud of both of you and congratulations for making nationals!

Cuthbert- It was good to see you again. This guy looks small but let me tell you all, looks can be decieving he's tough!

I think thats everyone... but if I forgot anyone, that doesn't mean that I'm not proud of you all or that I wasn't glad to meet you I AM!

Exodus and I will donate to the bluegrass fund. Clint put in way to much time and effort for us. It would be disrespectful not to help him out. I would do it again in a second if you decide to do it again clint!!! It was well worth all the pain and agony I have now! Queena....my face is bruised also.....I think the truck had its way with me too!!! Would you also remind your love ---kingc to email me those pics of myself with spatts and the three of us with spatts. I would love to have them up around here.

This is chance, i am kingc's nephew. I just want to thank everyone for the words of encouragement. I want to thank Chad and Clint. if it wasnt for them, i prolly wouldnt be doing strong man. Hopefully i will be around for a while. Thanks again.

Trinity and Exodus-Trinity is precious and sweet, but she never gave up NEVER!!!!!! Exodus, plain and simple guy, awesome to chat with , very laid back and knows his game.....

Neffi-You can tell she's B folds girl.......She really cleaned house that day and probably could do it twice in one day no problem!!!!


Joker-another laid back, down to earth guy, gave it his ALL, never seen or met anyone like him!!!!!!!!

Spatts-My mommy can beat up your Daddy type person, she shows lots of strength even though she didnt do the events, another laid back fuuny person to chat with, nice to meet you Spatts!!!!

Hammer, T3C, and Suston-Suston....A class act no ifs ands or buts about it, show tremendous courage and strength, Hammer....A force of nature, an Iron Will!!!!!! And T3C, T for terminator 3 for 3x stronger than an average Joe and C for Courage......it took a lot of balls to go out there and do what he did!!!


Iron Lion-Kept a low profile, but stood out like a barn in a meadow...a super beast of a man, and a heck of a nice guy!!!


Jasonaa and Brian-Super tough dudes, no one can touch them!!!!!


Cuthbert- Looks can be decieving....this guy raised the roof, I totally didnt expect this kind of power out of him....a powerful man INDEED!!!!

Queena------I wish i could have stayed and talked with you and king some more, but my kitty was hungry, i had to feed him!!!!!Your both fun, and very willing people!!!!

WOW Cool Chance! Glad to see your on here. I guess Clint did more than drag people to strong man now he's got all of un on the board. Elite is going to wind up having to make a discussion board just for strong man if we're not careful.
