"The Biggest Loser"

Anyone seen this show on NBC? It's consists of 2 teams of 6 or 7 overweight people whose goal is to lose the most weight per week as a team. The team that loses the least amount of weight as a whole has to eliminate a member of their choice.

The whole time they temp them by doing things like having bacon, pancakes, sausage and other junk food at the breakfast table along with the fruits and other good things they are supposed to eat. They each also have a fridge with thier name on it filled with their weaknesses. They can eat anything they want anytime, but not only will they probably not lose enough weight for their team, but they will also make their teamates angry which could also get them voted off. in the end there can be only one "biggest loser". that person will win $250,000.

In the end of the first week one dude lost 22 lbs! Oh and one of them weighs like 440 lbs.

One time I had to rate "the biggest loser" because that was the only one that could fit into a garbage bag. I mean, I only drove a sweet Lada hatchback. Only so much tissue can fit into one of those cocksuckers.

I watched the show....well, I recorded it, then watched it later.....

It's good that the people want to lose the weight.....but the woman trainer's methods don't seem all that good to me......she had them do a 5 hour workout?? C'mon!!

I totally agree with you. These people are not going to go off the show and work out for 5 hours. They will stop and gain the weight back. It is not forseeable for people to work out that long, as we know. But, the show hooked me, and I will keep watching it. I guess for me, because I am trying to lose weight-70pds total, so far 20 are gone, I am looking for new excercises and training methods. I am still shocked at how much weight some of those people lost in one week!
