One guy supposedly lost 22 lbs. in one week. That can not be health. Would you guys say that is't mostly dehydration and muscle. Probalby not fat?

you should've seen the trailer for it in the theatre. OMG, the entire audience started cracking up at the last scene. It summed up how cheesy the show was!!! I was in tears!
