What in your opinion builds the most mass, time not beging a factor. This summer I'm training hardcore and want to get the biggest gains possible. I will do anything possible, I Currently changed my routine,... I am seriously lost, hearing HIGH reps are great, hearing low reps are great, hearing once a week is great hearing twice a week is great. I hear that lots of exercisese are good, and few are good. I need solid facts by some knowledgable people, I know you are hear, PLEASE help. Thank you.

Had my best 3 months of gain on Mon/Thurs, Tues/Fri split, sets were a little on the high side, reps about 8-10, straight sets.

Thats what im thinking, each bodypart twice a week. Just a few movments each workout. THanks

There you go. 2-3x a week per bodypart, regulare volume and intensity, and make linear progress until you can't any longer.

Eat enough, and grow.

Thank you very much, ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I dont get that face. :)

Why don't you make an effort to actually read a few threads here instead of starting ridiculous threads like this?

I want to get big as fast as possible... wow, you have such a unique goal.

After you've read the link silver_shadow posted

Go here and start reading... http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm

Then when you're done and you still want info there is more then enough to keep you busy for a few days here.

If you concentrated more on searching and actually reading the threads here instead of spamming the board with useless threads you would know that there isn't one special "get huge" routine. What's good for someone that's been lifting for 7 years is not good for a noob lifter and vice versa.

Just about everyone here will tell you to drop the useless crap from your workouts like 20 sets with the eazy curl bar and pick a few core movements and make gains with them.

Read the links posted if you really want to learn.

try to incorporate some drop sets, pause reps, and negative reps. Those are always good on adding mass/bulk when used with the right movements. Don't rely to heavily on them, but they're always good to push to that next level or over a hump.

That's about 5 sets too many (assuming you don't do any other direct bie work) and a waste of time.

dude your threads suck.

This thread is the equivalent of going to a Mark McGuire advanced batting instructional and asking him, "I want to hit home runs like all the time! HOw do i do that?"

he would roll his eyes at you and tell you go go play pee-wee for awhile.

are you for real? im amazed the board members are being as civil as they are.

last time: READ THE STICKY THREADS. they will explain a lot of things to you. THey contain links to other informative websites; read those too.

stop being lazy and seek your own information.
