Obviously this is for those of us who do not cycle year round.
This is post PCT too...
IMO:
1. Keep EATING (clean).
2. Keep your training INTENSE
3. Keep supplementing
4. Adjust rest and recovery time-will need more when off cycle
Finally, IMHO, one has to keep a good attitude and a solid perspective. Expect losses but don't let it discourage you, and especially, don't let it lead to starting another cycle too early (unscheduled), which can lead to long term problems.
