The BEST way to keep gains in between cycles is...

What?

Obviously this is for those of us who do not cycle year round.
This is post PCT too...

IMO:
1. Keep EATING (clean).
2. Keep your training INTENSE
3. Keep supplementing
4. Adjust rest and recovery time-will need more when off cycle
Finally, IMHO, one has to keep a good attitude and a solid perspective. Expect losses but don't let it discourage you, and especially, don't let it lead to starting another cycle too early (unscheduled), which can lead to long term problems.

thanks for the input.

I remember after 1 particular cycle I effectively crashed as soon as the Sustanon left my system. My own fault for assuming that my genetics would help me. Within 4 weeks, I was back on and I regret having done that. I'll know better for future reference

Add learning how to grow and train without drugs first. That way it will not be as big a shock when your off.

1)Train heavy, try to use the same weights but just for less sets
2) Eat more food then when you were juicing
3) Take creatine and glutamine during and after PCT
4) Drop any cardio that you are doing either all together or at least drastically.
