Hello guys i'm from Brazil, and i went to a doctor specialist on steroids, he asked me a lot of blood tests etc. and i'll go back to see him next week, i have 19% of bf and 176 lb, ex-obese and very active. I don't know what he's gonna to prescribe me, but i guess is some oral like Anavar or Stanozolol as he did to my cousin, wich one is best to make me look a like a Underwear model (nice lean mass and low bf)? Should i do a lot of cardio throught the cycle?

Thx sorry for any english mistake

how old are u bro?
gotta know before i/anyone else gives any help.

and second, to be an underwearmodel u just have to starve yourself, or get a good diet (to cut bf) and cardio.

I'm 23, yeah, everytime i try to cut i really look like a empty bag, a lot of skin etc. i've already reached 10-11%, i looked a like an aidetic

Very hard to get that look if you already didn't like the way you looked.

Yeah, but i guess i don't have lean mass enough to look like an underwear model, if i get little bf, i get skinny and flacid, stanozolol with a proper diet, training and rest can build me lean mass and the same time decreasing bf as anavar can? (But i don't know in u.s or europe, anavar here is sooooo expensive like US$XXX for 5mg x 180)

Edit your post. No prices bro. Run some testosterone with an aromatase inhibitor to keep bloat down and keep a good diet.

first of all tell us about your training

what do you mean by very active?

do you lift weights in a regular, proper routine?

Yeah, i lift weight in a regular and with a proper routine, 5 times a week with 20 min cardio everyday before weight lift sessions, usually 8 exercises 3 sets 10 rep.

My diet is usually like this

08 a.m - two breads with eggs + milk + coffee
10 a.m - one sandwich of turkey breast
12 a.m - A LOT of red meat, rice and beans
3 p.m - pre-workout creatine+whey zero carb
4 p.m - post workout whey + honey (2:1 recovery shake) + multivitamin
5 p.m - two sandwiches of turkey breast and white cheese (cottagge, i don't know how to translate this)
8 p.m - 5 eggs white with olive oil
10 p.m - Whey with no fat milk + melatonin to deep sleep

get rid of the bread and the rice. Careful with beans because they are pretty calorie dense.

"cardio" is bad for retaining mass. start kicking a anerobic tabatta beat down or take some WODS (workouts of the day) off the crossfit site. Hit them hard 3x a week and they will burn fat like you were doing hours of cardio a day.

Also, make sure you are not eating too little! You need to be in a deficit but not by a lot. One sure way to halt fat loss is eat too little.

Bread should be wheat
for the best, use virgin olive oil,it aids in fat loss better
Use lettuce with your turkey sandwiches leafy greens help the digestive system better
I would add a salad to that everyday, lettuce, onions, carrots, brocolli, topped with a small bit of cheddar cheese, use as little of dressing as possible and add some wine vinegar for added flavor.
