I go back and forth on creatine. I love EAS elite it makes me full and strong and Bloated as adead body at sea. CCE is OK and my new creatine kre-alcylin is ... I don't know?

Actually, I lied by accident. It's not what is the best creatine, but how it's delivered. And by delivered I don't mean to your house. It's how much creatine actually makes it into your system. I discovered a creatine that nobody here talks about. And I am going to try it. I look at many creatine companies ingredients and nobody uses it. Yet the patent on it is fairly new. A year or two old. What I found and how it does I will post up in a future thread. It might just be bullsheot, I dunno.....

Just a good plain creatine monohydrate works well for me.

Always been a fan of purple k from Fusion Bodybuilding. I've always preferred taking capsules vs mixing just out of convenience. I went through 2 bottles of purple k when popeye's supplements (canada) was running a special. By the end of the first bottle I doubled my bench. It's a great product but at roughly $40 a month I find it a bit pricey ( as with all Fusion products).

like i said anicent strength is awesome.
but if u can stomach creatine mono chalky powders they are the best bang for the buck...all creatines work similiar enough in my experiences, i just cant take the powder form taste

Ancient Strength is the only creatine that I use, I can't stomach the powder and the caps don't bother me at all. It is the best that I have ever tried..

same here bro.. believe me .. i avoid creatine powders like the plague..ive been using either ancient strength or powerchew creatine for awhile now..those powders seem to not bother some people though and ntbm has an excellent flavorless powder for a killer price as well as ancient strength

creatine is my favorite powerchews product.Mostly because i CANT STAND reg creatine powder, not even in my shakes.These taste like candy and mimic almost the same results.Never will touch that chalky creatine powder again, as long as i live lol

There is no magic form of creatine. They all have the same base creatine molecule but just with slightly different alternations to change the absorption pathways.
