Also, a book I really like is Bodyfitness for Women. It has lots of information about different types of workouts, starting with full body and progressing to advanced body split workouts. Also information on diet and supplements, and even bodybuilding and fitness competitions. Lots of great pictures illustrating the exercises. All excellent physiques too, ranging from fitness-type to bodybuilding - great for motivation.

That was a great thread to read. I am really thinking about getting a trainer to help me setup a good routine and a good diet. Since I am a vegie. I am not sure if I can really gain a lot of muscle definition. I sure hope I can. I do not have a lot of time to spend lifting, so it will take me twice as long. But, I hope one day to be really toned. Thanks for the advise.. :heart:
