Seems like everyone is posting up how they get their BCAA's, glutamine, and arginine, so I'll do the same. I get alot of it from protein shakes. I get arginine, glutamine peptide, and Waxy maize powder from True Protein. Big Blast from Protein Factory. Dymatize, ON, and Scivation from the store.
Morning before breakfast: ON Egg Protein shake (BCAA, glutamine)
Mid-morning, empty stomach: 5g Arginine mixed w/ crystal light
Mid-afternoon: Big Blast protein shake (BCAA, glutamine, creatine)
Pre-workout: 5g Arginine w/ crystal light
During workout: Scivation Xtend (BCAA, glutamine, leucine)
PWO: Waxy maize w/ BCAA's and Leucine from True Protein
10 min PWO: Dymatize Whey Isolate (BCAA, glutamine)
10 min PWO: 5g Glutamine peptides
Mid-evening, empty stomach: 5g Arginine mixed w/ crystal light
Bedtime: ON Casein protein shake (BCAA, glutamine)
