I am 6'3" 250 with 8 abs.
I felt short, small and fat next to him.
He had to have been every bit of 6'5" and 280 - 290 and he was vascular like you would not believe!!!!

benoit had the weirdest proportions, he did look like a little-person jacked up.. maybe the GH head made it worse, but no way he was 'sloppy'. Dude was rock solid.
