Hey everyone!! I finally got a bunch of deadlifting pics taken. And hit some nice PR's also. 590 Beast Lift and 510 deadlift, which Ill detail more in the PR session. Figured Id post the pics here since the member pics dont get too many views, and realize alot of you requested pics! Hope you guys enjoy them!! Great pics and some nice lifts. Its amazing you weigh what you do.

Why the spotter for your deadlifts? Its not like he's going to catch the bar with one hand if you fail, lol.

hahahaha Its insane I know!! Its more a mental thing for me!! I can convince myself of some weird shit. It started out last week. The guy said hed spot me, I figured what the hell. That day I hit a 35lb PR on my deads without any assistance! After that I figured it couldnt hurt haha. But I only count the lifts I feel are completely legit. As you can see on the 515 deadlift pic, he only had one hand on the bar, and only pulled the weight slightly forward (If that) before I brought it up myself. Still dont count it though. ThanX alot for the compliments Zander!!

Man you have long arms - they almost reach your knees? :)

I don't want to put a damper on your PR, but
Is that how rounded your back is when you start?!
You should make sure it's straight, because as it is now, it's only a matter of time something will go pop!
The back is a good 40% stronger when it's straight, and you could be doing long term damage with it this rounded :(

I think it stems from the fact your hips are too high at the start.
With some form adjustments you get be even stronger I think.

Something to think about and work on :)

ThanX CoolColJ!!! Yea tell me about it! These underage sluts do distract me! Im not sure my back was rounded at the start, since these pics were taken before the weight even lefft the ground. I was just kind of strapped to the bar and psyching up in those pics I believe. Ive been coming up much more straight , shoulders behind the bar it seems, and this is when my strength increased.
I need videos to truly show my form and to see it for myself as well. I really feel no pain in my back. ThanX for the suggestions though!! :D

That was really fun to look at. Please don't take this as a flame, but I always thought that a spot--even a little one--didn't count. Then again, what the hell do I know! I don't say this to take anything away from you...you are obviously a monster (or beast, if you prefer)!

Anyhow, I tried to clean up your picture for you. This was the best I could do...

Nice job man...for real. Pretty thick back too!!!

As far as the form goes...try to make your arms as long as possible without rounding the spine. There is a difference between rounding the back and rounding the spine. My back is round yet my spine is straight or arched.

No spots on deads man....:)

Thank you Mike!! Im always trying to learn how to better my form. Keeping the shoulders behind the bar has helped alot. Once I get some video of my lifts, youll be able to get a true idea of my form. The pics really show the end of the lifts, the pics with me hunched over the bar, I havent even gotten in position to lift yet. ThanX again Mike!!

Hey Noners!! ThanX for cleaning it up! Its the lighting that makes me look more cut/dry. You can see my pasty white ass in the deadlifft pics hahaha. I agree with you Noners. The 505
went up so easily , I know that with a minimal warm-up I have atleast 525 in me. Hopefully Ill get it next week legit. I definately did a little too much warming up. ThanX for all the compliments!!!! My hair was too fucking long in the pics!!! haha Just got it shaved down to a zero. Im working on becoming a beast!! I feel alot closer now, then I did a few years ago. The fight will never end though, I am sure. ThanX again!!!!

ThanX Brute!!! You inspire the fuck out of me bro. The lighting in the locker room is dim so it gives that effect. If Im lean it was due to not eatting anything during the deads haha. ThanX Brute!! That pic was taken at the top of the pull just before lockout. Felt easy though. Once I get it over my knees I can usually lean back and shrug it up, lockout is usually not too much of an issue, the hardest for me is getting it up and around the knees.I will go check that out now!! Thank you Brute!!!!

you inspire the fuck out of me brotha....i'll see if i can get some fuckin pics of my rack deads taken this friday. since your having trouble gettin that fucker off the floor..try some speed deads...doing 315 for 7 singles and focusing on pullin the fucker off the floor as fast as you can possibly can. give those a try..might be a good change of pace after going heavy this week on deads. tb

ThanX Tweakle!!! haha I definately think it was the lighting in the locker room. I get guessed at 200-220, even higher sometimes, but then I just think people are exaggerating that shit, or fucking with me! haha! Ive been asked if I was 250, and If I was Id be MUCH thicker. Also most of my bodyweight is upper body. I was hoping youd get to see that!!!! I know you wanted to see that unusual lift in action! Eventually I will get some video, since the pics really dont show much. ThanX alot for the compliments bro!!!! Coming from you it means very much.Easy to get discouraged sometimes, the PR's keep me hungry though!! ThanX brother!

Its been great. Gained about 8 pounds on HST so far. I am doing 375 on flat bench and 325 on incline tomorrow. I hope to get at least 3 or 4.
 
Damn, where do I start? Well, very impressive work man! Those kinda weights just for anyone is admirable and for someone below 200, wow!. Just like some people said already, you look a lot heavier than you actually are. My guess would've been around 220. You truly have picked yourself a good username. Keep the metal on your face, you're a beast man!!!

Btw. First when I saw that one back pic I thought what the hell, he has a padlock hanging from his skin??? Aren't the facials enough for this guy?:D

awesome...yea..315 for singles off the fuckin floor as fast as you can. i would do them to give u a break from heavy deads..but that's up to you brotha. tb

haha ThanX Magman!! You must mean that dude sitting on the ab machine staring at me, with the grey mustache. He was pretty thick haha. I have still been trying to figure out the purpose of these. I love them cuz of how much weight I can move. Also, dont have the knees or legs in the way. I feel them in my lower back, hamstrings, traps, forearms ,lats The most.Pretty similiar to the standard deads. So much so, that I confused some off the pics for standard deads. Wow ThanX Mag... I appreciate that bro, Im sure your alot closer then you think!! ThanX for all the encouragement!!!

Wow Revex! ThanX! That guy in the pic is a fucking monster! Definately a smaller version! ThanX bro! Im working on staying straight. I think Im pretty straight during the lift. This has yet to be seen though!! Keep in mind I dont watch myself lift in the mirror, and often kind of black out during sets! So Id like to see some video also!!! Funny thing is, after I would complete a set, Id check out the pics on the digital camera, and couldnt see them until my eyes regained focus, was seeing white for a while. haha ThanX again!!!!!!!

ThanX Ripe!! That means alot man! Getting me pumped the fuck up! ThanX bro! I still have a long way to go!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha I did have my arm pierced for a while, and still have the throat area pierced.I had to take the arm piercing out. Getting it caught in doorways and lifting was ripping it out. ThanX again Ripe!!!!

ThanX Brute!!!! Sacrificing max on bench is one thing, but deads Thats fucking INSANE hahahahahaha. I may end up doing that eventually, if I ever burn out on maxing. Ive been maxing every week for over a year and still feel like I got alot more in me! I definately want to add in those speed deads though!!! ThanX bro!!!

ThanX Serea!! Yes, even in the back of the gym, deadlifts seem to draw attention. I even saw one of the trainers teaching his client about deadlifting, while I was doing them. haha Also I see more people doing them now. Recently I saw this guy trying to get the form down, using 135. He asked me some questions about the form and I showed him how I do them. Then he made some comment about how he saw me doing 400 on deadlifts. haha I corrected him and told him it was 500. A few minutes later he was gone, and the 135 was still on the floor. hahaha Great for a warm-up set of barbell curls hahaha. Im thinking next time , when I get the lifts filmed, Ill just bring the bar in the locker room and deadlift in there. Lots of naked old guys watching me deadlift. Really there is no escape from people, unless I film when the gym is completely dead. haha ThanX again Serea!!
