The Beast cycle.

Heres a look at my cycle. 27yo 5'11", 195lbs 13-15%bf. First cycle been training 4 years.

1-4 Beast (20mg)
1-4 forged joint stuff
1-4 HCGEN
1-4 n2guard
4-8 unleashed
4-8 forged post cycle
4-10 formastanzol

Plus a multi, fishoil, vit c, arginine, taurine, and creatine.

My diet will be 90% clean and I am gonna be around 3000-3500ish cal unless the beast demands more. My maintenance is 2500-2800cal so I "should" be good with a 300-700cal surplus. I also got some protein bars from needto (sourapple and butterscotch) to help add clean cals.

My only worry is the tendonitis in my right elbow that has been reoccurring for the past few years.
Btw this is day 1.

Ill keep a half ass log, nothing special or elaborate so dont get ur hopes up for lots of detail and exciting updates.

N2guard already has these in it so you do not need them.. Other than this the cycle looks good bro :rose:

Day 3. Woke up this am and the scale said 200.0lbs. I know ive been eating and drinking more water but 5lbs in 3days? I must be retaining water, need to dump or something. Ive had normal workouts no changes in lifts other than most lifts being compound lifts.

The beast is commin alive! I weighed in at 203lbs and I am killin it in the gym. No pr's yet but stamina is high and my diet is on que. No sides, iam loving this.

I may be recomping a bit but I dont notice any change in bf. The pumps are awesome. I might be feeling a bit of a stregnth increase. I am up almost 8 lbs in 1 week. Happy

i think with beast you could be around 3500 calories... make sure they are clean calories... get a high amount of protein intake and make sure you balance out your carbs and fats properly... btw, n2guard has everything in it but the fish oil... any sides going on or are you feeling good?

I bloated up on beastdrol but most of it came off in pct. The bloat that is. And I was left with more muscle. ;)

While doing legs I got back pumps. I completed my workout but it was hindered. I took some taurine, it helped. I weighed 203lbs again this am.

Did back and bi's, felt stronger. My lats were swol as fuk. Woke up at 205.0 lbs this am. I havent noticed and gain in bf. My cals are allot higher than expected. I didnt have an accurate count yesterday but I was near or over 4000. I am on track to have the same cals today. 4000 clean cals is a ton of food! Back pumps are gay!

209.6 lbs this morning, I gaining a ton of weight. I feel like I am gaining some fat because my pants are tighter around the waist. I am gonna lower my cals a bit. This stuff is crazy... I started the beast two weeks ago and weighed 195-198lbs thats 11-14 lbs gained in two weeks!
Yes some if it may be fat and some of it is water (from so many carbs) but I am happy

idk how you dudes can gain water from beast, im dry as fuck, my skin is dry my joints are dry im half constipated.


how are your strength gains coming along? even if i dont gain much weight on beast my strength still goes way up
 
Iam def stronger. The water weight I was refering to was from carbs an salt, not from the beast. My joints are g2g, no notable dryness.

I'm on week 3 of a beast/kdrol cycle and my joints have really been the only side I've had...a little skeletal balm and some forged joint repair though and I'm g2g lol

Just did legs, the back pumps won. Deadlifts suck with backpumps. squats and dradlifts were going good until the 3rd set of each exercise. I did finish all 5 sets each but I took like a 5min rest between the 3rd-5th set.

Like pain/ stiffness of the lower back. Have you ever cut, split ans stacked fire wood all day and you lower back hurt? Its kinda like that. Taking a few grams of taurine usally helps but not last night. It subsides after your muscle pump from working out diminishes or goes away. Its a manageable issue though. If anyone else can elaborate on the "theory of back pumps" please do.

My theory for lower back pumps is that the lower back muscles are very dense so any extra pumping and forcing of blood into them via steroids will be uncomfortable

I woke up this morning still drawn up and am now at work trying to carry fed pallets and its not working out very well. Taurine isn't helping much, any other remedies??

Did legs last night and everything was fine. the backpumps were light. Taking the beast post workout fixed it. came in at 209.8 lbs this am. Ill be 210+ shortly! Been eating an training good. Loving the beast.

Great! I was 210.8 this morning. Been eating really clean lately. My gains have slowed abit but I feel great. I took yesterday off. Tonight will be back/bi, I am looking forward to this evenings workout. Thanks for checking up on me.

Woke up at 211.4 lbs, my bent over bb rows are getti heavy! I started the beast doing 135x12x4 and now iam doing 155x10-15x5+ to me the beast is amazing. Ive added more volume and weight to every lift. Love it

So iam having the inside of my house painted and drywall repaired. I havent went to the gym for two days. Iam going to the gym in the morning. I cant wait till these dudes finish fixing and painting as my house is a mess. This lil renovation somehow killed my gym time...

Finished the beast cycle at 212lbs, started at 195ish. 17lbs is awesome for a 28 day run at 20 mg/day. My pct seems solid and iam gonna kill it as usual.

Great informative thread. I am taking notes off of this for my future Beast run. Pretty much going to do same supps etc that you have done.

Looking back so far, would you have done anything different? Or do anything sooner etc?

Honestly, I feel that I over ate. I ate clean but I never stopped eating. I had a pretty big appetite. I think I added a few lbs of fat, I am ok with it though beacuse I feel like I didnt limit my muscle gains. I also never keep a log, kinda wishing I did now because I made great stregnth gains but I have no data to compare it too. I thought that my supps were perfect, wouldnt change them at all.

What if I front load the unleashed and post cycle (3 a day each) for the first week?? I've seen a couple of a guys who have done this.
 
I'm on my 4th day of Beast and 10th day of Transaderm and I can say my libido is slightly down. My only real complaint is that I get a nasty frontal lobe headache within 2 hrs of dosing the beast. But lifts are skyrocketing and so is vascularity! I've never had veins on my outer delts until now! Still...I feel like shit the majority of the day...but damm it, it might be worth it for the results I'm getting. I guess blood work will be the ultimate deciding factor

hows your blood pressure? The headaches could be BP related. Just a thought :D

Headaches usually are BP related on cycle. Drink plenty of water, get some Hawthorne berry, and some Taurine. A good source of potassium (bananas) will also help

I drank a gallon + each day, 2-4mg of taurine. I was taking plenty of n2guard. I didnt supplement with hawthorn berry and I dont eat bananas every day. The headaches were very manageable though.

Drinking that much water also has a tendency to require you to up your potassium a little. I started eating a banana a day and 3mg taurine and my pumps and headaches almost completely went away

doing good, still holding at 213#, cals are still high. I will begin to SLOWLY remove a few cals next week. I am also going to start doing cardio 1-2 days a week starting next week. After pct is complete ill be on S4/osta for about 8 weeks (ish) and add a little gw the last two. Iam tired of not seeing abs. I just need to keep my cals as high as possible to maintain my gains.

Well you know its the age old problem, tryig to put on muscle while losing fat at the same time is quite difficult.

Still at 209#, been eating some bad food lately though. I did have a great leg workout on friday and I am still pretty sore. I did 6 sets of squats and worked myself up to 365x10 pr. Happy about the pr but very sore!

Update.

207lbs, still getting stronger!! With my weight going down my pullup reps are going up sinificantly. Legs are also getting stronger. Ive been beating my traps pretty good as well.

My bf has dropped a bit but no sign of abs yet, id guess 12-13%ish. Ill get checked when I think iam closer to 10%. 10% is where my abs start to show as well as hip veins a big web of veins in my right bi.
Been waiting for my s4\mk/gw to come in. its been a month since I ordered! The mk/and gw just shipped on fri! The s4 ? Who knows.
I should see allot more progress once I sarm it up.
