the bad thing about xenadrine and other eca's?

did anyone else notice an irregular heart beat while on it, and is this normal?
and also people say that it is bad for you because it raises your heart rate unnaturally, and i was wondering what difference it makes if your heart rate goes up naturally (cardio) or with the eca?

nobody knew the answer to this in the supplements board, so if anybody here knows, please let me know.

An irregular heartbeat on ECA in not uncommon. Some people tolerate ECA better than others. Abnormal is different to elevated, and there's nothing wrong with an elevated heartbeat as long as it's not abnormal and your blood pressure doesn't go too high. The main risk of ECA is the increase in BP rather than a faster pulse. Also if heart disease (or many other diseases) run in your family you may want to avoid ECA. Maybe try NYC instead.
