i read in some bodybuilding book that arnold popped d-bols like breath mints when he was competing...i dont know if its true or not?...he sure looked like he took alot more then just that cycle,but who knows he was a genetic freak!

Im usually a little skeptical when I see pro's cycles on forums, but this actually looks reasonable. Ive heard the stories of pro's eating dbol like tic tacs in those day. If thats Arnolds cycle, Its very simple and I could very much see it.

What does that mean, they didn't have test back in the day? Wasn't that the first steroid ever made? Synthesized testosterone?

Would have loved to have seen his liver enzyme tests? Only used 200mg of Deca for a few weeks??? Things like this are bad. Now some newbie will read this and take dbol for their whole life and wonder why their skin is turning yellow (it doesn't even talk about the toxicity of it).

They had test but didn't usually use it. A lot of guys went on deca + dbol cycles, or primo + dbol. All the things we know now weren't available back then.
