i got my pro card early 2000s
-never done pct post my first cycle (first cycle i did 20 days clomid or something like that and it didnt do shit) since then never done pct again and never needed it
-always kept atleast 75% of the gains and only lost water weight post cycles
-with time increased the cycle lengths and many times went through months of being "ON"
-never needed anti estrogen. was waste of time and only hindered important water weight gains (mentally important)
-could use and have used low doses (500mgs) and gained a lot of pounds due to serious correct training and lots of calories in diet
-also used very high doses and found it to be better as long as your lean muscle mass is high enough for those high doses to make a difference
-never had major problem of sex drive while using nandrolone
-never had problem with sex drive no matter what gear ive taken. it ALL in the head or you simply got an ugly chic
-used proviron many times and found it to be efficient since it "helps" and improves the functions of test while giving you "androgenic hardness" with no side effects but extra sex drive
-found gh to be beneficial and a done it many times post cycle, offseason and onseason with clen
-always keep it simple. the more simple you keep it the bigger you will become and the bigger your muscles will get. correct training + lots of calories + legit basic gear = optimal growth
