I've been having some joint pains too, which I've been blaming on the Epi. My stupid ass never for a second stopped to think about the forma I've been running between 15-20 pumps a day for almost 5 weeks now.

Yeah I was pretty happy, been a while since I even sat on the flat bench for CG or Flat Bench press.
Been doing all Incline Barbell work. Threw on 185 and it felt so light, so put on 225 and it was still pretty light. Would've even went heavier if I had a spot.
Man I should try Flat Barbell on Monday for chest, I bet I'd be pressing some good numbers
