I've tried several of the melatonins, and they don't help me get to sleep faster - but once I sleep, I'm *out* and for a long time. which is of zero help to me b/c I sleep a lot as it is - but I want to be able to go to sleep faster.
tried tylenol pm, nothing.
I haven't tried any of the sleeping pills b/c they are addictive, otherwise I'd be very interested in xanax b/c of the GH thing.
I've tried GBL and the taste/smell makes me want to puke -hell, thinking of it makes me want to puke.
but it knocks me out cold.
but I feel gross the next day - not like alcohol sort of hangover, but just not so great - I'm personally not convinced that it leads to a deep sleep...
so far, the best way for me to get to sleep is a really hard legs day.
