If you want to put on some quick size, try this.

For one week -- every day -- have one serving of BIG BLAST before your workout and sip a serving DURING your workout. Then have another following the workout. And one more before bed.

I'm considering taking a look at the 7day run. I'm going to be ordering some BB soon and am wanting to bulk up again on another run. I previously stated on another thread about the great gains I got on my last mass cycle and BB was a big contributor. I'm going for another 10-15 lbs. more on my weight and thats it!

Yes guys, listen to Nelson. I started a similar run with big blast and my own mixes with super plasma protein and the results are just ridiculous.

There is an obvious difference in my gains. I wish I would have known sooner but I didn't really understand how much superior the big blast and spp are... now I do

It didn't give me an option for flavor, is the SP Protein flavorless? I think i'll be mixing 1 tsp with my superpump 250 to sip on while I lift

You can get it flavorless and just mix your own. That works really well with fruit drinks and I like to use the unflavoered with sugarless vanilla syrup with vanilla ice cream over any vanilla flavor I've ever used. But the BIG BLAST tropical orange and double chocolate are great.
 
i have been doing something similar for the last couple wks and am actually still growing. of course im not just using big blast though. in case you dont know how i cycle i go big 3g+ ew.
so here is what im doing on my cruize getting ready to cut.

250mg test ew
12iu slin ed
as you can see this is far less than my 3g blasts where i grow.

up until 2 wks ago i would drink a big blast post w/o and maybe before my first meal depending on how i felt. for the last 2 wks i have been drinking 1 before my first meal, 1 mid w/o, and 1 post w/o.

normally on my cruize periods i would be losing a little mass and of course a bit of bloat. but this time i am actually growing. obvously the slin is a contributor to that, but i have only been on the slin for 1 out of the 2 wks. for that first wk along with now my muscles have stayed full and my gym time has been productive.

big blast is the best fucking shake i have ever had. in conjunction with the right foods you'd be a hopeless case if you didnt grow.

And although I'm not an advocate of slin, using BIG BLAST with it is smart because it allows natural carbs into the bloostream which prevents blood sugar from getting too low and enhances the slin effects. But BIG BLAST has a natural "slin-like" effect anyway, especially when used when glucose is a little low.

And yeah, if you train and eat right and add a couple a day consistantly and don't see a difference, you just suck. Everyone who commits to it gets nice results.

I feel for ya bro but look at it this way. It comes out to a little over 3 cans of some run of the mill MRP at GNC that will run you close to the same price.

If the discount that emperor hooks me up with works, it looks like it will be even cheaper than the monster milk I get. Then using Big blast for me will be a no brainer. I'll be a customer for life.
 
i dont get all this price problems. i look at it like this

the cost of 1 big blast shake with the extras is about 4.00 including shipping.
the cost of a cheap shake is about 2.00

the cost of a quality meal from the super market is about 6.00
the cost of mc donalds dollar menu for a burger, fry, and soda is 3.00

lets consider what you are getting with your money.
is it worth it to eat mcdonalds all day instead of steak greens and sweat taters to save money? i dont think so.

I've never tried it by I'm making my stuff with whole milk now a days, i'm thinking a creamsicle type flavor. Let me know how it is. I would have ordered maybe 2 lbs to test it out first though.

tropical orange made in milk tastes like an orangr creamsicle. its good. i use that and the super chocolate. i like the super chocolate better for some reason but the tropical orange hides the taste of the ingredients 100% where with the super chocolate covers them good enough but you can still taste them. im just not one of those tropical fruity :rainbow: kind of guys.

LOL - hey, I know I'm going to need it, and I heard good things about the stuff.

I've been drinking protein drinks of one form or another for so long now that I'm not too concerned with the taste. Most of them I actually enjoy - the palate has become desensitized :D

Could have gone with a 'garden sampler', but what the hell. I have vanilla flavour protein for other things, and I generally can't stand the chocolate flavours.


I'll either drink it up, or choke it down. Either way, it's getting eaten.
 
I'm gonna have to try that tropical orange. I finally found that carb countdown milk, so that may be a really good combination. The milk tastes great and only has 3g carbs per cup and 8g protein.
 
Another thing to take into consideration with the cost...

I was looking over my old monthly budgets before I got back into working out. When I was on the road, I was spending $50/day on food. When I was not on the road, I still ate out a lot and I was spending $30/day on food and then weekend outings with the wife were costing $150 on eating out each weekend. And my wife's food was costing roughly $20/day.

So my monthly food bills were in the range of $1100-$1500 or so.

Then we started shopping at costco and cooking meals. And now we'll still go out for a cheat meal every now and then...

But with my costco food bill plus big blast, whey isolate, spp, egg protein, omega muscle, and oat muscle... I am typically under $1000/month in food and protein. So I am really saving $500/month with my fancy protein mixes... And I typically only use them when on cycle or PCT.

Just something to think about. Try calculating what you are really spending on food. If I was in a crunch for cash, I'd easily stop eating out so that I could buy big blast. This goes especially for the bachelors. There are things you could cut back on to free up $$$ for big blast and custom proteins.

Tropical orange + 3oz of natural OJ + 6oz of water = pure bliss.

Keeps the excess sugar down too.

but yeah, it's alot
